Hands-on repair of smartphones, tablets, and computers. Diagnostic assessment, parts sourcing, and customer communication.
Senior Technician (Pathway Role)
Advancement role for 12-month TechFix employees. Leads repair teams, trains junior staff, and handles complex escalations.
TechFix Instructor (LMS)
Teach the TechFix IT curriculum on the Myissues LMS. Deliver live sessions, grade assignments, and guide students through the certification pathway.
