Each Thursday, you receive a notification to confirm or customise your upcoming basket for the following week. Substitutions take 24 hours to process.

Your basket is packed at the regional fulfilment centre. Perishables are refrigerated. Non-perishables are bundled together. A tracking number is sent to your phone or email.

Monday�Wednesday � Delivery Window
Your grocery order is delivered in a 4-hour window on your chosen day. You can leave a safe drop instruction. No signature required. Neutral, unmarked packaging � your neighbours will not know. Contactless delivery available.

Pause, Skip, or Cancel Anytime
Going away? Pause your membership for up to 8 weeks at no cost. Cancel anytime with no penalty. Your Member ID remains active if you re-join within 12 months.

Sponsorships are provided by individual donors and corporate giving programmes

Donor sponsorships cover the $10/month membership fee for households for whom this amount represents a genuine financial difficulty. There is no income threshold, no proof required, and no judgement made. Your word is enough.
